Mailinator allows 831375028249471605232943589 trillion different email addresses. Please choose a good one.

Thats just an approximation really (allowing for 36 possible characters (there's more really) and email names of up to 25 characters).

Regardless, there's a lot of possibilities. So just a friendly reminder - please use Mailinator !!! But choose an offbeat name.
There's plenty to choose from :)

Update: math error, number was too low

Its good to have such tremendous possibilities to chose you own unique email adress!

But when you login into your personal mailbox, only mailbox name is displayed, without "suffix". Is it possible to add full current mailbox name (ready for copy/paste :D ) somewhere in personal mailbox page?

I have developed a rather unhealthy habit. Actually I think it might be more of an addiction. I have discovered that I like going to and entering random names to see what spam they've got, and reading any that look interesting. OK, not entirely random I admit, I try to think of names that will be popular and have lots of spam, like "foo". When I choose a name that has no mail I feel a brief flush of disappointment.

The funny thing is that if I received these spam personally I'd be really annoyed and delete them (at least I would have to if SpamAssassin did not do such a good job). But because they are not personally sent to me, I find reading them enjoyable. I try to justify it by telling myself that I do it just to see what new types of spam are out there, but really it's just the electronic equivalent of being a peeping tom.

Should I be seeking help? Is there a support group for this affliction? : Anatomy of a Spammy Campaign
